Once confirmation of your registration has been sent, the cancellation policy takes effect:
- A refund of Registration Fees less administration fee of $150.00 will be made for cancellations received in writing by 30th November, -0001. The cancellation fee is still payable even if registration fees have not been paid.
- Refunds after 30th November, -0001 will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
- If fees have not been paid prior to conference, and the registrant is unable to attend, the registrant is responsible for, and will be invoiced for costs accordingly.
- If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
- Hotel/Motel cancellation fees will vary and registrant will need to deal directly with the accommodation provider.
